     I don't know if you recall that I bought a samovar from you. I mentioned I was going to use it at a Russian "Tea Party" my history class was having at school.             So far I believe I’ve ordered nine (9) different Russian dolls from your site.  I’m sorry I don’t leave a lot of choices for your other customers, but I just love the quality of your products and the excellent personal service you provide.  I have ordered dolls from another internet company, this was before I found you.  It took six weeks to receive them and I was very disappointed in them.  They were not the "collectable" quality they advertised.  They were not even finished nicely.  Plus, when I place an order with you, I know that my order will be shipped out the very next business day and packaged by you personally.  That in it’s self means so much.  Thank you for follow up cards and my free Apollo Soyuz t-shirt, I love it!  Please e-mail me every time you get a new shipment in.

My wife is a Russian-girl, so every once in awhile I scour the web looking at all the Russian sites to find something uniquely Russian to buy for her.  I came across "bornintheussr.com" in a search one day and found the perfect t-shirt, “The Red Gym".  When I gave the shirt to her, she was thrilled naturally, and revealed to me that what she's always wants was a shawl like her grandmother used to wear.  She said it was a dream of hers to have such a shawl.  So, I got on my computer and emailed Chuck and told him of this idea.
